This is a silly demonstration of our Modular Service. The Modular Service is where your home is constructed in a factory and then shipped in pieces to the site. Once it reaches the site, it is assembled and we put the finishing touches on it (Flooring, Painting, Trim, etc...). Because your home is constructed inside a factory, there is much less risk of weather damage, theft and vandilism. There are also far more strict quality control procedures in place than you would find from a traditionally built home. All that being said, not every home is able to be constructed using the modular method, at leat not cost effectively.
Keeping that in mind, we offer you the ability to have your home constructed as modular, traditionally, or a mix of both.
